Description: This photograph is in a scrapbook of pictures taken by international student Onn Mann Liang while he was at MSU between 1924 and 1926. This image shows the front steps of the Lansing capitol building, which have a canon placed alongside them, and the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in the background. The whole scene is lit by lamplight and is covered in snow.
