Description: This photograph is in a scrapbook of pictures taken by international student Onn Mann Liang while he was at MSU between 1924 and 1926. This image was probably taken at night near the Lansing capitol, and shows an unidentified (church?) tower in the background across a street. Liang actually won an award for this photograph, and opened a studio in Lansing.
