The text on the back of the image says: "Typed: Russian farm delegation visits Michigan State University - MSU President John A. Hannah, center, visits with the head of the Russian 12-man delegation, Vladimire V. Matskovich, left. The first deputy minister of agriculture of the USSR talked through and interpreter at Dr. Hannah's left, Vasia Gmirkin. Occasion was the Russian delegatin's visit to the Centennial of Farm Mechanization at Michigan State University.
