Description: Ralph Turner (front, second from right) with other Fulbright Program participants. In 1963, Turner was honored as a Fulbright scholar and spent a year at the Central Police College in Taipei, Taiwan as a Fulbright lecturer. He was the first individual to win a Fulbright lectureship in criminalistics in Asia. Turner would return to Taiwan in 1964 to teach as a guest professor.
