Cecil Mackey, who acknowledges the presence of past MSU Presidents Dr. Edgar Harden, Dr. Walter Adams, and Dr. John A. Hannah. Mrs. Wharton and then Dr. Wharton each give speeches expressing their gratitude, and are then given the prestigious Crystal Clef award for their dedication to music.
