MSU President John DiBiaggio (accompanied by his wife Carolyn) thanks rotary club members for making him their speaker for their silver anniversary. DiBiaggio talks about events that have occurred in the last 25 years, then talks about MSU students and education. Note: the audio signal begins to deteriorate at about 18:00, and corrects itself at about 21:00.
